Basic Company Data

Dear business friends,
our company was created within the scope of the privatisation process in the former Czechoslovakia, where I.B.C. spol. s r.o. Jinočany acquired Armaturka Krnov by direct purchase as of 1st December 1992, which had until that time been a part of the national enterprise Armaturka Minerva Opava, linking also to the traditions of Sigma Opava.

We have picked up the 40-year tradition and rich experience in production of industrial valves and we continue producing this product range, while, however, significantly innovating and expanding it from the very beginning. We have decided to invest into the modernisation and expansion of operation while applying new, progressive technologies and clear securing of the quality requirements in accordance with standard ISO 9001:2008.

A decisive part of our production is designed for export. We produce valves not only according to ČSN standards, but especially according to DIN, API, ANSI, etc. standards and regulations. We have a very good development base, which is capable of operatively solving even specific customer requirements.

Since the beginning of the company creation, our goal is complex satisfaction of the customer, not only as far as the design, quality, and delivery term of our products is concerned, but also concerning the possible provision of service or supply of spare parts after long-term operation.
